L. Allen Hahn has over fifty years’ experience representing clients in eastern North Carolina. His practice areas include real estate, wills and estate planning, estate administration, and business formation, contracts, and agreements.
Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, Allen grew up in Greenville, graduating from J.H. Rose High School in 1966, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970, and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1973. He began his practice in Greenville in August of 1973.
Allen has volunteered and served in multiple civic and business organizations over his career, including Pitt County Boys and Girls Club, American Red Cross, Greenville Little League, Greenville Jaycees, and Pitt Area Mental Health Organization. He served over twenty years on the BB&T local Board of Directors and as the attorney for the Pitt-Greenville Board of Realtors for over fifteen years.
Allen has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been named Legal Elite by North Carolina Business magazine. He has successfully handled over 75,000 closings, both residential and commercial, and closed transactions in nearly every county in eastern North Carolina.
